Hello beautiful moms! We’re keeping things a bit light today as we’re currently in Mercury Retrograde, and I don’t know about you but for us it feels like life has just been crazyyyy at the moment.
So know that you are not alone. We all have crap going on behind the scenes - but we get to decide how we react and let it affect us. It’s really easy to just skip a workout when life is crazy or we’re feeling tired, but know that the people who are successful in losing weight, getting stronger + more toned, and stay consistent with their workouts are the ones who still show up when the conditions aren’t perfect. And the more and more that you do this - the more you build that muscle to continue to show up and it starts to feel easier.
