How many times have you taken "delicious" medicine? Let me answer that question for you..."NEVER!! Medicine ALWAYS tastes yucky!!!" Well, it may be "yucky", but it is always for our benefit, and can help heal our bodies.
In today's teaching, Pastor Ben explains to us how sometimes in God's Word, we hear things that we don't want to hear. Sometimes, the Word talks about the very thing (sin) that we are guilty of. That's usually why it "tastes yucky" so we don't want to hear it. But when you take in God's Word, and let it work within you, spiritually, you will come out better in the end. You will have the peace that Jesus offers.
