President Biden famously promised to "end COVID" but has struggled as the virus continues to pop up. Recently he pushed a mandate for any business with more than 100 employees, demanding everyone be vaccinated. Anyone not vaccinated would be subject to strict rules, to be enforced by the employer. Failure to assure strict compliance earns the business owner enormous fines. Tim talks with one of those who challenged the Biden vaccine mandate in court and learns why the action is unconstitutional.
