He planned the software, designed it, and implemented it himself. Rescues can sign up at Doobert.com (named for his late cat, Doobert) to showcase the animals they have ready for adoption. You can search for dogs, cats, horses, wildlife and so many more types of pets that are searching for their loving fur-ever home.
Not looking to adopt? You can sign up to foster or transport animals, too! Taking a trip? Put your start and end point of your route into Doobert, and they can hook you up with someone who needs to transport a pet along your route. Would you be willing to do transport only on Wednesdays within 100 miles? Sign up! Do you only want to foster seniors or animals with medical issues? You can choose your parameters and help! They also accept financial donations to keep this service going!
