The 25th episode of the Avenue Red Podcast series comes from Hydergine (AKA Roberto Corizzo), a Dub Techno producer and esteemed vinyl collector/DJ from Taranto, Italy. His productions are very deep and textural, most notable for having a somewhat futuristic and scientific aesthetic, which is one of the foundational concepts of his work under the Hydergine moniker - as Roberto explains: "The pseudonym is inspired by a smart drug used to improve the metabolism of brain cells and cognitive abilities such as intelligence, learning and memory".
His music has been released on a variety of well-respected labels including Separate Skills, Analog Response, Phlox, Ranges and Tiefenrausch.
