After a salubrious pause in our output, the Avenue Red Podcast resumes forward motion with the second installment in the series from one of our favourite DJ's and producers - Alessandro Crimi. This mix is inspired by the fresh autumnal vibes around his picturesque hometown of St. Gallen in the Swiss Alps, as he delivers a stunning blend of magical, dreamy house music full of blissful melodies, slick, grooving beats and soul-warming basslines. The craftiness of the mixing and well-considered transitions that glue tracks together so seamlessly are a lesson in truly innovative DJ'ing, making for a luxurious listening experience.
This 80-minute session neatly follows on from his stylistically similar guest mix on the last Avenue Red Radio Show that we did back in September. Alessandro shows that he is developing a very niche style that allows elements of his strong Dub Techno sensibilities (as a DJ and Producer) to bleed into his own unique vision of true deep house music.
