For his 5th contribution to Avenue Red we welcome back the Saint Petersburg-born, one-of-a-kind record digger/collector/DJ Dmitry Gusev with yet another hot blend of aces.
"Hello friends! This mix was recorded about 3 years ago, but I still really like the music I put together in this particular mix... and now I want to release the mix here on Avenue Red, where I think it finally belongs.
I had no particular idea for this mix. I spontaneously selected 3-4 current tracks from 2014 and the rest are tracks from different decades. But I always say: it does not matter from which decade track comes, only the quality counts.
Here you will find tracks from 1990 to 2014 which all fit together very well. I use many tracks from true Chicago and Detroit legends: Derrick Carter, Dez Andres, Scott Grooves, Kai Alce, Mike Grant, Glenn Underground and many more. Many tracks are personal favourites for many years. I can say this for sure: House music will never die! I think this mix will fit very well to coming summers.
