The Avenue Red Podcast brings yet another new name to the series as we present the artist, collector, DJ and WarmState Records label boss known as NEZ (real name Amaury Rondon) from Santo Domingo, the 1-million-strong capital city of the Dominican Republic. This is the first time we have featured a DJ from the Caribbean.
The WarmState Podcast recently featured episodes from Avenue Red frontman Alec Pritchard and resident Andy Green. We recognised the strong work going into this label and after some discussions, this killer mix followed from NEZ - a trailblazing, sublimely mixed selection of warm, bouncy, groovy tech house and deep house sounds from the underground.
