Avenue Red proudly welcomes the 6th contribution to the main podcast series from deep house & techno stalwart George Olaru from Bucharest, Romania. This time George is back to working solo under his new (and apparently final!) alias: George Heerd. Deep music head yourself?! Well, he never disappoints. So don't expect him to this time.
"I'm really glad to return with an episode for Avenue Red after probably 3 years, a period in which I never stopped digging and crafting my sounds to a better quality almost each day 🙂. Meantime I move from working as one of the Heerd duo to a solo project simply as George Heerd, and the 1st vinyl solo release is upcoming... not sure exactly when but I hope before end of 2023, at the latest. Genre-fluid with trippy atmosphere, this mix stands somewhere between dancefloor-oriented and laidback home listening.
