Recently Chicago Cat Rescue held its 6th annual Sexy Black event to help educate and create awareness about a syndrome that is peculiar to black cats and dogs. Julie Adams, co-founder of Chicago Cat Rescue shares what this syndrome is, some reasons why it exists, and what her group does to help fight it.
