“Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter— when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?”
Isaiah is not describing a ritual. He is describing a revolution of compassion. Not a performance for God—but a life poured out for others.
This redefined fast—this courageous calling—is our promise. This redefined fast is a redefined life. A Christ-centered life.
