Overview- The Savior Exposes His Betrayer. Matthew 26:17-25.
In our message today I talked about the topic of God’s sovereignty which is very misunderstood among Christians. God being Sovereign just means that He has the right to do what He wants to do among mankind. Some people take the fact that God is sovereign to mean that He is in control of every single thing that people do, but is that the case?
In this message I also talked about how Jesus:
1- Calls out His betrayer in front of all the disciples,
2- Warns him of the consequences he was going to face for his betrayal of Christ and,
3- Tells Judas right to his face that he will be the one to betray Him (as if he didn’t already know).
And we talk about how they respond to the things He says.
How do the disciples respond to Jesus words?
How did Judas respond to what Christ said?
