Blair reports on the President & First Lady's visit to Buffalo to console families of those killed in the mass shooting there last weekend. Besides the shooter, additional arrests have been made on charges of related threats via social media. There is talk among lawmakers to design/introduce charges of domestic terrorism, but critics fear that may be too broad a charge.
