Irena Schulz of Bird Lovers Only Rescue. She rescued the now very well known Cockatoo, Snowball who is our special featured animal friend for this newsletter. We fell in love with this amazing bird for more than just his amazing dancing abilities but because he is doing much to bring awareness on three important issues: the cognitive abilities of animals, the nature of birds, and bird rescue.
