And a new report Black Turnout & the 2014 Midterms, shows that the Black voter turnout is pivotal in the mid-term elections, but with current polling data Democrats will still find it difficult to pull together winning coalitions. However if registered Democrats turn out in high numbers they can halt the takeover of Congress by the GOP as well as win some key gubernatorial races.
