We get an update and analysis on the continuing impeachment trial of Donald Trump. Our guest is Marjorie Cohn, professor emerita at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she taught for 25 years. The former president of the National Lawyers Guild and criminal defense attorney is a legal scholar and political analyst who writes books and articles, and lectures throughout the world about human rights, US foreign policy, and the contradiction between the two.

For our weekly Earth Watch, we return to covering the vast fires going on in Australia, Part 2 of our conversation with Cam Walker. He is the campaigns coordinator for Friends of the Earth in Australia, working across its campaigns, from climate and energy justice to forests to inland rivers. He is also a volunteer firefighter with the Country Fire Authority. Cam lives in Central Victoria, about 100 miles north of Melbourne.

Our guest is Ayuko Babu, an international cultural, political and legal consultant specializing in Pan African affairs. He has been the Executive Director of the Pan African Film & Arts Festival (PAFF) since 1992.
