Description

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) responsibility has come into focus for US companies in the last few years. Company accountability to non-shareholder stakeholders is resulting in a growing spotlight on a diverse range of financial and non-financial issues -- transparency and reporting, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and climate change, to name just a few. More recently, the deals environment, increased focus on tax sustainability and governance, and evolving policy landscape is magnifying the importance of tax as a consideration in the ESG framework. On this podcast we discuss ESG and how tax leaders can engage with the C-suite to align tax with ESG transformation.
