Description

Even when people run from God, He passionately pursues them. Why would the ruler of the universe care about restoring His relationship with spiritually lost people? The answer is simple, He loves them deeply. Join us in our new series about God’s relentless chase after a notoriously evil king. We will discover how we can partner with God in His efforts to see people spiritually restored.

In this week's message, we look at Daniel 1. After God allowed Nebuchadnezzar to defeat the King of Judah, Nebuchadnezzar chose some of the Israelites to be captives of his for three years, one of them being Daniel. Daniel stood firm in his beliefs and loyalty to God, refusing to eat the food that was a form of worship to foreign gods.  Through his potency in his devotion to God and his proximity to Nebuchadnezzar, Daniel was able to bring the gospel to Nebuchadnezzar.  If all we ever do is place ourselves with other Christians, we will miss our responsibility to bring the Gospel to a work that desperately needs it.
