Let's talk Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! No, not the beloved 1990 film—the 2014 picture of the same name! While still a full on reboot, this rendition of the turtles pays homage to most of its previous incarnations, and somehow abandons a concise plot for the least compelling villains a Turtles film has ever seen.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stars Johnny Knoxville, Megan Fox, and Will Arnett. It was directed by Jonathan Liebesman, produced by Michael Bay, and also stars Whoopi Goldberg.
With the exception of the story, this film actually manages to create a brotherly relationship between its titular characters—the likable-yet-weird-looking turtles. There are a few cool set pieces, and Arnett brings the laughs in every scene. Megan Fox gives it her all in this film, and that's something at least.
