Say what you will about George Lucas, the man has a weird and creative mind. That's why we picked Willow (1988) this week — the fantasy film about a dwarf magician saving a baby — and the world. Willow is considered a classic by many, but doesn't live up to the quality of other Lucasfilm properties. Yeah, we mean Star Wars. All of it.
Directed by Ron Howard (and based on a Lucas story), Willow stars Warwick Davis, Val Kilmer, and Joanne Whalley. It's also a really weird movie.
