This week we are talking about Lawless (2012), directed by John Hillcoat with a screenplay by Nick Cave — yes, that Nick Cave. The film stars Shia LaBeouf, Tom Hardy, Jason Clarke, Guy Pearce, Jessica Chastain, Mia Wasikowska, Dane DeHaan, and Gary Oldman.
We enjoyed this movie, even though it's simply good enough, and not great. There are some enjoyable moments, and we wander through them.
