Mainly, we discuss the fifth card of the tarot, V The Hierophant. That is, we discuss the symbology of the card also known as The Pope. For instance, we mention how the two pillars parallel the High Priestess. Also, the figures at the feet of The Pope liken to the couple at the feet of The Devil. Meanwhile, keys worn by The Popet unlock consciousness to the previously unknown. Altogether, the fifth card represents tradition, education, family, and morality.
The Pope connects with Temperance. A cardinal virtue, Temperance exerts self control. Also, The Pope relates to the number five cards of the Minor Arcana. Each card suggests struggles The Pope must face. For instance, the cards indicate departure, disappointment, conflict, and loss.
