True to form we're all over the map this week on HSS. We kick it off Malian style with a head nodder by Vieux Farka Toure. The gears get decidedly shifted as switch into some dark beats courtesy of Phaeleh. The identity crisis continues as we jump into Beirut and then we settle down into some Doomtree hiphop. Second half of the show is all bass. A brand new one from Shpongle leads us into some Phutureprimitive. Personal highlight of the week comes next with the big bass and beats from Gramatik and we close it with a gnarly and heavy one from the mighty Reso. Yesssss.
