After the rebuilding of the wall, God’s people had once again started to drift from the agreed covenant commitment. Nehemiah rebukes them and encourages them to return to God.
God’s promise to us isn’t vague or empty but a solemn and binding undertaking to love, guide, protect and provide for us. What commitment are we prepared to make?
