Hour two was all about Schoon Jr., a London-based DJ who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting a couple of times recently. Frenchman Julien is the UK ambassador of theBasement Discos - one of the finest labels around, and you can catch him spinning tunes all around the capital and beyond. He’s put together this very tasty and lovingly crated mix of funky grooves on the housier side of things with a bit of Whitney, a bit of Teddy Pendergrass, a bit of Bob Sinclar and lots more.
