Today we talk with a master-mind problem solver. His name is Jonathan Moore and he is an expert at solving complex real estate and construction problems. Jonathan is passionate about finding and solving problems, he finds great satisfaction in finding a water leak and knowing how to fix it.
Jonathan is the President of Invision Advisors, a registered architect, and an owner's representative. He is also a self-proclaimed nerd, but his work is impressive, he has worked many construction and design projects, including working on the design and construction of Ground Zero in New York.
During construction, design and development there are hundreds of thousands of decisions to be made, and the process will undoubtedly present challenges regarding budgets, schedules, code, personality, politics and many other potential issues. All these problems need a solver and Jonathan does just that.
