We sat down with former Wilson High School and current University of Illinois golfer Ali Morallos and asked her about some of the greatest moments of her career. She also laid out some of her goals and what the mountain top looks like in her future (11:29-37:07). In 'Iron Sharpens Iron' we talked about the wild week that was high school basketball (3:40-6:50) and brought out our first ever 'Grind My Gears' segment (6:50-9:56). In another brand new segment called '908 into the Future' we made interesting predictions on games that were yet to be played (40:00-43:24). Good JuJu/Bad JuJu is a hit segment with our favorite Long Beach native JuJu Smith-Schuster (43:28-45:13). 908's Shoot Yours Hot Topic/Shoot Your Shot Topic is picking up steam as we debate some of the hot topics of the week (45:30-50:54). As always we ended the show with the 908 Athlete of the Week. This week is Lakewood High School sophomore basketball player Atin Wright (50:56-53:45).
