We like aural outpourings from Tel-Aviv. Malka Tuti came to our ears via another great equestrian enthusiast and fellow Tel-Avivian Mr Moscoman. Malka Tuti is a new record label founded by Asaf Samuel and Katzele, they're two of the founders of the 84%Creativity collective.
"Over the years, we understood that our “provincial” way of musical up-bringing and education is actually a good thing. Not bound by any official musical culture or heritage, we have a certain freedom in creating a fusion of the influences we were exposed to over the years."
We listened, we liked what we heard, so we promptly asked them to record us a Shine A Light On... mix for us. They did it, quick smart too. So here it is, in all its glory. We also needed to find out a bit more about em as their biog above gave little away.
