Original Description:
Today on the show is video gamer programer and chiptune wizard, Brad Smith! Apparently his chiptune adaptation of Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon was kind of a big deal like, 4 years ago. I was too busy watching years old British comedies and walking aimlessly around Philadelphia in the middle of the night to notice, I guess.
Anyway, we talk chiptunes, programming, video game programming, nostalgia, music theory, and other stuff I don’t understand.
Also, does my voice sound more nasally today? I think it sounds more nasally.
A number of his chiptune adaptations and compositions are featured in today’s episode, but you can find those and more on his HTML 1.0 website and bandcamp.
