Vulnerability involves trust. If you are going to be vulnerable with your emotions, you have to trust someone won't take advantage of them. I've always found it important to be honest with my own emotions and share them with someone else. This is the way I keep my own emotions in check and keep them in balance so I ward off the first drink. In today's episode, I share a lot about my own personal situation at work and at home and my deadly fear associated with money. In my own struggle, I hope you can find something to identify with so that this can bring you your own peace.
