If we read a "Red Letter Bible" we notice something changes in the book of Matthew from chapter 5 up to the end of chapter 7.
EVERYTHING is in red.
How important is that not to us? For the first time we see Jesus speak without interruption for an entire 3 chapters. At the end of chapter 7, it says that Jesus taught as one having authority, not like the scribes, and astonished the people.
What would be so important that Jesus would speak to the people who thronged Him without taking a break for anything - no healing the sick, multiplying food or any parables, just straight teaching?
Together we are going to dig into the importance of "The Sermon On the Mount" as we allow Holy Spirit to take us deeper.
