In a moment of crisis for Israel, Nehemiah prayed an urgent prayer and from that one prayer God ignited a dream in the heart of this man that would transform a nation and bring a people back to their God. I truly believe that God has called our church to be a place of dedicated prayer where dreams, miracles, signs, and wonders emerge daily because we have, asa people, invested into a culture of prayer.
Today I want to ask, is your prayer life releasing and igniting visions and dreams for your life and family that are so big and magnificent that only a life committed to God's presence and prayer will bring them forth? Will we be willing, as a people, to make room in our lives for God-size dreams and the prayers that will ignite them? In Ephesians 3:20 found in the Passion Translation it powerfully describes our God as one who will infinitely achieve more than our greatest request, our most unbelievable dream and will exceed your wildest imagination! I believe it's time for you and I to encounter that kind of God in our prayers. - Pastor Doug
