This is the first in a series of podcasts that were dropping each month in the lead up to Denis Villeneuve's Dune on October 1st 2021. We were days away from dropping this series in the fall but were sure you know there's been a lot of controversy around the release of this film. Recently Warner Bros. announced that their entire 2021 slate would be available on HBO max in addition to theatrical releases. So! Now that things are a little more concrete we're going to start the series by examining some of Villeneuve's flicks beginning with his 2015 thriller, Sicario.
