In the Thanksgiving season, people are focused on a disposition of gratefulness and thanks, but it’s clear from verses like 1 Thessalonians 5:18 that followers of Jesus should carry an attitude of gratitude all the time. It is the will of God for us to be grateful - not just in the good times but in every circumstance. This week, we’re going to explore the fact that gratitude isn’t just a decoration, add-on or optional feature. It is a foundational disposition for the believer, and together, we’ll look at three ways that gratitude connects to and works together with other deep, foundational fruit to produce incredible spiritual results.
