Forgiveness releases us and others. At times, we may find it difficult to let people and situations go that may have hurt us. Jesus is our greatest Example of forgiveness in that He forgave others even at the cross. In Matthew 9, Jesus shows us that He has power on earth to forgive sins as well as heal us spirit, soul and body just as He healed a paralytic man.
