Gideon was in a conversion with God and it would seem like he was building his confidence and trust in what God was telling him. It was quite a big difference from where Gideon started from to where God was taking him, but the Lord did something that I believe helps every believer who has a relationship with God. He spent time with Gideon. In spending time with Gideon, the Lord was building Gideon's communication with God, his confidence with God and his courage and connection with God. Pastor Dobbs message teaches us how we can follow this Godly example to do likewise.
