The Parable of the Sower (Four Soils) describes the various conditions of mankind's heart. We all want to be the good soil that produces much fruit, but becoming good soil starts with embracing God's tilling of our hearts through His Word. We're commanded to embrace trials with joy, which first shows up on our face.
