In the final chapter of Joel, we see God calling the surround nations to judgement, as well as promising a glorious future for Judah - two things which we see ultimately fulfilled at the end of history when God will call all people to judgement, and a glorious eternal future in the New Jerusalem that descends from heaven (Revelation 21)
