Over the course of church history, the Catholic church has frequently taken up issue with men wearing beards. It is thought that church leadership was concerned that the sacraments would be wasted if they were to fall into a man's whiskers. It is believed that the reformers wore beards, in part, as a silent protest for the reformers against the Catholic church.
Our business is a family affair. My wife and children help with packaging and shipping of orders, while I manage our online presence and formulate the products.
Each individual bottle is made by hand and only uses ingredients that we are willing to use ourselves. Not all of our ingredients are organic, but the majority of them are. Rather than use synthetic fragrances, we use naturally occurring essential oils to create the scent in each formula.
