The Bible declares in Psalm chapter 55, verse 22, to cast your cares upon the Lord, and He will sustain you that he will not suffer the righteous to be moved. Now what does that mean? To cast your cares (to throw, to hurl) those things that burden you and weigh you down. The Bible says that God will sustain you, God will nurture you, God will provide for you, and God will take care of you.
