Originally from New York City, Libby lives in London which has been her home for the past 32 years and where she raised her 4 children. She joined her first yoga class in her early 50s and she noticed how it benefitted her physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. In order to better understand the physiology, anatomy and philosophy of yoga, she trained as a yoga teacher in her late 50s. She specialises in yoga for women’s health and is certified to teach yoga for pregnancy, post natal health and menopause.
