The signatories include Talmert, Durand, Crowley, Butler, Rhelrya, Polonsky, Lombardo, Montmier, and Covingguard. Casimir learns about House Durand's involvement. Lucas, was the adopted brother of Boris Tasrasovich Sovs father. He gives calirity in a lot of the questions about the sedi supporters. Ultimately, they form a warrior's society to help the poor, including Pellists, with the true purpose revealed as members rise in rank.
