A very fun and informative visit with a mindful, art advocate and magazine editor Steven Biller. Steven talks about his passion for life in the desert and the development of local culture via public art projects that showcase local artists while bringing attention to the desert's unique and wondrous landscape. Steven has spent over a decade serving as a significant force in assuring that Plan Springs and the surrounding areas are made aware of local talent and that artists have the opportunity to present their works. Steven also had the incredible fortune and opportunity to present Jim Carrey's first private art show. he talks about what t was like to work with Jim and how Jim conveyed the difficulty he experienced growing up that spawned his developing his funny side that served as a way for Jim to escape his pain and suffering. This was the same for his art as Steven openly talks about how Jim expresses such emotion in his work and how seemingly normal and open Jim is about his life.
