Tom Beam is an earnest, community minded, family man and business man with deep roots as a restauranteur in Ashland, Oregon. Here is a humble guy who's willing to get down into the garbage of his city to and see where we're wasting resources that might otherwise pay for much needed housing and social services. Tom admits to being a difficult employer who has publicly addressed his known challenges. Tom and hie wife Lisa own and operate two very successful restaurants (Pie & Vine, Sesame Asian Kitchen and Falafel Republic) in ye ole Ashland, Oregon.
