Just how legal is Cannabis in South Africa?
We ask the questions:
-What is Cannabis? What is Hemp?

-Wasn’t there a case in the Constitutional Court that said all cannabis use is legal?
-There was a lot in the press about the Cannabis economy and how government was going to open up the industry. Surely this means Cannabis growing and selling is legal now?
-What is the legal standing of CBD products right now?
-A lot of CBD containing products are being sold in supermarkets and even stands in the mall? How is this possible?
-What can happen if I grow some cannabis and then sell it to my friends and neighbours?
-What if I just invite my friends round to enjoy the cannabis I grow for myself around a braai and they don’t pay me for it?
-Has the Drug Trafficking Act been repealed? Shops seem to sell cannabis and cannabis growing equipment?
