They then transition into discussing some of the top performances and battles from all lifters in 2019. Lifters discussed include Ana Castellain, Maria Htee, Rhaea Stinn, Daniella Melo, Amanda Lawrence, Blaine Sumner, and Ray Williams.
They then finish up by looking ahead to what's coming in 2020 for the sport.
