It’s pretty legit that we get some time each week to reflect on our lives and our relationship with Christ while we take the sacrament. Not only is this time good for us in evaluating how we are living our lives in relation to what God expects of us, but it also gives us a chance to feel the Spirit and remember that Christ is an active part of our everyday lives.
