It’s much better to use airmail. Sea mail takes too much time. 最好寄航空，海运太慢了。
Please register this letter. I’d like a receipt. 这封信寄挂号，我想要收据。
You’ll have to take your letter to the registered mail section which is the next window. 你必须把信拿到隔壁的挂号信窗口去办理。
