About Janice Cai
Janice Cai (Weijing Cai), Top 1% real estate agent in the US, and named one of America's Best Brokers by Real Trends. She is the founder of Seattle Top Properties and is the first Chinese to be on the CBS real estate show named “American Dream”. CBS is one of the three major television networks in the United States. She is also a guest speaker on "Today's Focus" which is a monthly Real Estate Talk show on US Chinese Radio. She was ranked as a top broker in the whole country and named one of America's Best Brokers by Real Trends. Janice Cai was a professor in China before moving to the US in 2000. Prior becoming a real estate agent, she worked for a US accounting firm and a large US insurance company as a CPA.
