Since there's nohope
Michael Drayton
Since there’s no hope,come let us kiss and part.
既然已尽缘分,让我们分手前亲吻;
Nay, I have done,you get no more of me;
And I am glad,yea, glad with all my heart,
真的, 我很高兴, 我的高兴发自内心;
That thus socleanly I myself can free.
因为得到完全解脱,因为还回自由人生;
Shake hands for ever, cancel all our vows,
久久把手握紧,将往日的誓言了结罄尽;
And when we meet at any time again,
不管他日何处相逢, 我们只会形同路人;
But it not seen in either of our brows
That we one jot of former love retain.
Now at the last gasp of love’s latest breath,
现在,他的脉搏就要停止,爱恋让他一息尚存;
When, his pulse failing, Passion speechless lies,
When Faith is kneeling by his bed of death,
临终的床前伴着忠贞;
And Innocence is closing up his eyes,
那天真无邪最为单纯, 帮他渐渐闭上眼睛;
Now, if thou wouldst, when all have given him over,
是啊, 此时一切已把他抛弃,此刻万事将他逼入绝境;
From death to life thou mightst him yet recover.
